remember, Horsepower means the power that a car has
Touque means how hard will the car been pushed or pulled(depends on the drivetrain)
High horsepower is not equal to how fast the car is....also depends on the wiehgt of the car, according to this, we will introduce a new concept, HP on wheel, that means the horsepower on the wheel after the pully side, cuz power output from the engin will reduced on the pullt by its own weight.
