你住了那么多年．知道点什么好方法吗？

这面的COOK BOOK好象都不太好样。。。。  TC 你一个人住？

不是啊，３个人，但是大家分开做饭的

哦     。。      还有嘿多菜  不过是要时间的 做倒不是很难做

Pan Fried Chicken

Buy the bottom part of the thumb. Take out the bones. Use to knife to slice it but still keep it in one piece. (The method is to make it bigger and easlier to to cook)

Put some salt on the chicken and let it stay for 15 minutes.

Pan Fried it until you see the golden color.

If you like you can put some different source on top.

TC在国内没做过饭？

有啊，但是，国内　一家人吃，又便宜，这里情况不一样啊，不能浪费呢

Let me add more. Not the one in Chapters or Costco. They will not suit us.
