Web Programmer Needed

Description:
- Responsible for developing the design and visual content of client's web sites.
- Gathering requirements and writing specifications for proposed web solutions and web solution enhancements
- Analyze business requirements for web based projects and write functional requirements for project development
- In-house support of systems/trouble shooting
- Co-ordinate releases of new web solutions and systems (test cases/assist with training materials & procedures/communications)
- Conduct alpha-testing & co-ordinate beta testing
- Take leadership of project teams and resources
- Identify and resolve business issues
- Work with IT to ensure accurate translation of specifications into working applications
- Other duties as required
Compensation:
Base Salary plus Performance Incentive and Team Bonuses
Location:
Downtown, Toronto
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of analysis techniques, critical thinking abilities and problem solving skills.
- Able to work on various web based projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of HTML coding, CSS
- Experience creating graphics and layouts
- A genuine desire and commitment to serving customers
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and priority-setting skills
- Takes initiative and pursues opportunities. Jump starts initiatives and sets the pace for the organization.
