笔记本电脑突然出问题!不能上网.一上网就关机.并显示DUMP MEMORY.不知道是中毒了,还是硬件出问题了??请懂电脑的朋友帮忙!非常感谢!!!!

Do not think you need to go to the store so early. Try to ask your friend and get online to download the some antivius patch and run it on the infected computer.

I also think the virus may be one on the W32 worm type virus too.

the bottom line is that you can reinstall OS. Before doing that get you file backup.

谢谢楼上各位!!!问题越来越大.防毒软件不能装,开机后动几下就SHUT DOWN了.刚开始还可以看DVD,现在也不行了.废了.

Of cause you can not. You need to run the antivirus patch to clear out the virus first.

Everythim you are using it, the virus may have a chance to spread though other section of the harder drive (folders).

Recommed you to run from a flash drive.

装 => installation

Run the patch => means runing a specific file download from web to remove the virus. No installation required.

楼主，你的电脑是内存有点毛病，进入bios设置以下，内存的频率，每个都数字都试一下，因为我不知道你主板是什么型号的，能显示，说明内存没坏，所以不用换！毒估计是没中，因为一般的电脑病毒不会进入bios

ok. from my experiance, ur virus is called trojin. and u'll need to download a program called anti-trojin to get rid of it. the program is free. good luck

i believe it doesn't take long to scan the thing, afterall, it is made for that kind of virus...

but then again, i might b wrong, but trojin is the most common one ^_^

Thanks for your comment but it is not realated to bios. For a person who do not know a lot of computer, u are trying to make her life more complicated.

check to be sure you have adequate disk space, if a driver is indentified in the stop message. disable the driver
or cheak with the manufacturer for driver updates. try changing video adapters
cheak with your hardware vendor for any bios updates, disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advareed start up options
and then select safe mode.

Is definitely a virus but I am not so sure which one. I remember I got one simular to yours, hust cannot remember.

解决方案
要解决此问题，请按照下列步骤操作： 1. 删除计算机上安装的部分内存模块。至少保留计算机启动和运行 Windows XP 所必需的 RAM。

运行 Windows XP 时推荐的 RAM 为 128 MB。最小为 64 MB，最大为 4 GB。

例如，如果计算机上安装了两个 256 MB 内存模块，则删除其中之一。
