One bedroom apt for sublease! 房子已租 请删帖!
I have a small one bedroom suit for sublease from Nov.or Dec.to next April.
The location is University Ave. and California Ave. Only 5 mins walk to OB building an 2mins to Leddy Liabury.
The apt is on the second floor of a 2 floor buiding, and the landlord provides the furnitures and electronics（sony TV, microwave,dinner table and chairs,desk and chair,sofa, beds......）; everything includsive!! you have your own bathroom
The suit is good for sigle or a couple to share, free parking outside your door, the price even include the internet!!
Only bring your suitcase to live in!! the price is $450/month everything included!
小套房转租，因为个人原因要转租一室一厅小套房，11月或12月可入住，lease是到明年4月份。
地址在university ave & California Ave.就是University Ave.上的subway后面，离大学非常非常近，出门左转就是河边公园~
套房包括一切所需电器及家具，其中有微波炉，sony组合电视音像，沙发，茶几，书桌椅，冰箱，dinner table and chair,等。。。
环境好，没噪音，房东也是好人。可以停车在院内。
价钱是 ＄450/月， 水电，上网全包！！！
