First check the power, use a multimeter to measure that, do not test it by your hands,
If it's on. Look up the manul to find the fuse. Check the fuse if it's broken.
Finally you can go this so far, still doese not work. then maybe motor problem, or something else.
The last solution is that smash it and throw it away. Buy a new one.
