公寓转租 (apartment sublease)

因为提前搬家，现转租2室1厅的公寓。公寓位于Peter St 5楼，周围环境安静，距离学校走路仅10分钟。公寓和约签到2007年6月30号，到期后仍可继续租而不用签新的租约。转租可以从2006年11月1号开始。公寓格局好，living room 是隔开的 ，可以3个人合租，租金$850一个月，2个bedroom大小基本一样。公寓干净，并且免费送地下车库的停车位。

Due to early need to move, sublease 2 bedroom, 1 living room apartment. Located on Peter Street. Apartment  is on fifth floor, nice
environment around the apartment, about 5-10 minutes walking from the university.  The lease last until June 30, 2007. After the
lease is done, no lease to sign a new lease in order to continue renting the apartment, simply on month to month basis. The sublease
can start on November 1st, 2006. Living room is separated from the two bedrooms, can be rent together by three people. The rent is 850/month. Size of the two bedrooms are about the same. Clean environment inside the apartment. Free parking space undergroud.
