My roommate is graduating soon, so I am looking for someone to replace him starting from May or June 2006. I am located on the upper level of Lambton Hall. Currently a graduate student at Western, I am looking for someone clean and quiet who is willing to share the internet bill and also some weekly cleaning duties. As you may have already known, the current rent for Lambton Hall is $400 per person (it may change depending on the rental office of the University). Everything is included (cable TV, heat, water, hydro, parking, etc. except for internet connection where you have to share the cost with me).
