鸡肉拌饭（重点推荐）

材料：整块鸡胸肉，白米饭，猫罐头（任何口味均可，主要看猫喜欢吃哪种口味的）

做法：

1、鸡肉的处理：之所以选用鸡胸肉，是因为鸡胸肉没有骨头，比鸡腿和鸡翅容易处理。如果是冷冻过的鸡肉，要事先用凉水浸泡化冻。化冻后切成手指长的长条。

2、将鸡肉放入冷水中大火煮沸，之后换小火。用叉子在肉上扎出一些小眼。小火煮十五至二十分钟，待鸡肉熟透后捞出。不需放任何的调味料。

3、将鸡肉切成半厘米见方的小丁，拌入米饭内。米饭和鸡肉的比例是二份米饭拌一份鸡肉。（注意一定要拌均匀了，让每粒米饭上都沾有肉；不然挑嘴的猫会把肉都吃掉，把米饭留下）。

4、再拌点猫罐头，也是要拌匀才行。猫罐头的量不用太多。

注意事项：肉拌饭必须要加热后才能喂食。如果米饭是从冰箱里拿出来的，拌过鸡肉和猫罐头之后最好用微波炉加热一下，一方面保证猫咪能吃到温热的食物，另一方面也能让猫罐头的味儿更浓：）

鱼肉拌饭

没什么难的，就是把鸡肉拌饭里的鸡肉换成鱼肉。注意一定要挑出鱼骨，特别是喂小猫的时候。

鸡肝拌饭

把鸡肉饭的鸡肉换成鸡肝就行了。虽然猫爱吃鸡肝，但是有的猫吃鸡肝爱拉肚子，所以不重点推荐此种口味的猫咪料理。特别讲一下鸡肝的处理方法：

1、将新鲜鸡肝上的白色部分去掉；

2、用水浸泡鸡肝一小时，泡出鸡肝里的血水，再用清水清洗鸡肝；

3、把鸡肝一块块分开，放在凉水内煮开，用勺撇去表面的浮沫，用叉子在鸡肝上扎几个孔，之后换小火再继续煮二十分钟到半小时，一定要煮到熟透为止。

4、将煮熟的鸡肝切成小丁和米饭、猫罐头拌在一起即可。一定要拌匀！

好啦，秘技先泄露到这里！ 为了保护猫咪的牙齿，这种软质的食物不能长期喂猫，请大家切记。

There are some free rabbit and pretty cats in 51.ca , if you have a car , you can get them. Good luck!

PS: regarding the living here, I felt most people are fine, but i have unconsciously been stolen twice here, one in campus of bus pass , another just recently, my shampoo just a second it gone before i left the store, i also heard some senior lady told me bad people will target other people to steal especially you left bank or supermarket. I do think here the theives are more quick and professional than anywhere else. Because i am a careful person, never lost things so many times like here, just mention here, in holidays when you shopping outside , especially be aware of the people who followed you or talk with you unrelated matter to try to get your attention elsewhere to steal you. Anyway, do not speak with strangers!! Especially blacks. Watch out and good luck!! Some people here i felt especially target Chinese people because we looked weaker than them . Be strong! But why shall we be bullied ? I felt people here so many bad guys just hiding to harm others, they are not friendly to us at all, that is why people after few years all gone back, if they do not change the way they deal with us, it will keep on going... And it is fair...

(3) Refill Ink? There is a counter for refill at the mall. Otherwise you can try buy the package and do it yourself (I can help if you are having problems doing it yourself).

(4) I had experience twice. One in apartment and the other one in the house. Lose DVD, Rollerblade, GB games, DVD playerat the apt. Lost all the shoes at the house.

I will. Planning to go there on January but not so sure.

That's is the only chinese typing program I know. If there is another one, please let me know too. I want to try it too.

I also find that you can refill the ink at the Techumseh Mall too. The store is beside Shopper Drug Mart. To save moe money, you should buy the refill package and refill it yourself.

House? I agree your point too. It is hard to find a good housmate.

Cannot attach pictures? Do you know how to do it? Is the size >= 2048 kb? If not, convert the picture to a small format.
