I was wondering how can I become a 版主 on 温莎论坛?

Since I always see a lot of people putting their postings under the wrong category, the most abuse are area is on the flea market, people are putting jobs, personal meeting and house rental information there. Other than that, some people may post the same postings a few times within the same day. I think I can do something with those annoying postings if I am a 版主.
