Are you kidding? Money is a major factor for student to rent a place.
Plus your cost is more expensive than normal. $350 for basement, $500 for a sunroom.
I can rent a room bigger than your 雙人房 for $380 at California. (Close to riverside)
That place has:
New painting,
Clean, tidy, not stink
Include laundry
Include internet
Include Home phone
Include parking
Not in basement
No cable
No air-conditioning (you can install it in summer for extra cost)
If you are the tenant, which one will you choose?
Plus for $500, you can rent a small bachelor place.
