LOCAL GROUPS SEEKING GOLF TOURNEY PARTICIPANTS

Two local organizations are seeking participants for their annual golf tournaments with proceeds from both to benefit the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County.
The Essex-Kent Chartered Accountants Association is staging its Texas scramble tournament at Kingsville Golf & Country Club on May 29 beginning at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $115 which includes golf, a cart, dinner and prizes. For further information, contact Mike Cowan at 519-776-6090 or

The Windsor Transportation Club is holding its four-person scramble at Fox Glen Golf Club on June 6 with tee times beginning at 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Cost is $100 which includes golf, a shared cart, dinner and prizes.
