2008 鼠年迎春大型摄影展览及摄影讲座

为了丰富大温莎华人社区的文化生化，大温莎中国人协会定于2008
年3
月29
日（星期六）举办大型摄影展览，诚请会员和各界人士提供摄影佳作，展现您的摄影才华和技巧，和对美好生活的瞬间扑捉及人生长河的真实记录，让更多的朋友们能够共同分享。
参展具体事宜如下：
- 展览有两个主题，一个是温莎主题，温莎的景色，温莎的人物，尤其是温莎华人的各种活动和形象；另一个主题是自己得意的摄影作品，在法律和道德范围内，题材不限。
- 每个参展者温莎主题最多可以提供10幅作品，非温莎主题最多5幅。
- 请在3月25号之前把参展作品（.jpg 文件）上传到http://www.mediafire.com，然后根据该网站的提示，将相关文件的链接发送给：submit@cagw.net。您也可将参展作品刻录在光盘上，交给任何一位CAGW理事会成员。
- 组委会将为每个参展作品编号，并且打印出来，尺寸是8.5” x 11”，Gloss Photo Paper，作者须交工本费$1/张。
作者也可以根据自己的设想打印装饰自己的作品，并且在3月28号之前交给组委会。 - 将由现场观众投票评选出最喜欢的摄影作品，各主题前10名将获得精美奖品并在协会网页和当地报纸上发表。
同时，大温莎中国人协会将举办由温莎著名业余摄影师主持的摄影知识讲座和交流，欢迎摄影爱好者涌跃参与。具体事宜另行通知。

2008 Year of Rat Photo Show& Seminar
Dear CAGWMembers and Friends,
The ChineseAssociation of Greater Windsor (CAGW) will hold a photo show on Saturday, March29,2008 at 900 Howard Ave. CAGW welcomesmembers and friends to take advantage of the opportunity to show your talentand share your joy.
Here are the details:
- There are two topics of the show, one is WINDSOR, the site, the people, especially the activities and images of local Chinese people; Another topic is non-Windsor related, what ever you prefer, but in the range of legal and moral limits;
- Every photographer can submit up to 10 Windsor topic and 5 non-Windsor topic photos;
- Please upload your works to http://www.mediafire.com before March 25, 2008，and notify the organizer by sending an email to：submit@cagw.net。Or, you may forward a CD of your works to one of the Board members.
- Your photos will be coded by organizing committee and be printed out at the size of 8.5” x 11” by glossy photo paper, you will pay $1 each print for the cost. Or you can prepare your own photos and hand over to organizer before Friday, March 28, 2008;
- The audience will vote for their “Favorite Most Photos”, the first 10 winners of each topic will be awarded and the photos will be published on website and newspaper;
Also, CAGW will hold a photography seminar along with the show,the experienced photographers will exchange their experiences with you. The details will be released later.
