Full time Live-in caregiver (child care) (NOC: 6474)
Salary: $9.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week and other benefits
Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
Location: Windsor, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Some college, university, or similar technical training(certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Canadian Red Cross Society (CRCS) Swimming Certification
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: English and Chinese
Children's Ages: Toddler to pre-school (1 - 3 years), Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years), School age (6 - 12 years)
Work Setting: Employer's home
Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Read to children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Take children to and from school and to appointments
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
Work Location Information: Work in employer's home, Room and board provided
