it is all about promoting Japanese culture.  I like Japanese culture but I would rather save money to do better things here.
I may visit Japan again to enjoy culture there but definitly not here and also there is one barrier to do this is I am Chinese.

Will not recommend.

Japanese foods suck ~ small portion and do not like Japanese food. (Canadian style food -> It is like you are ordering Chicken balls in Chinese resturant and think those are the regular food we have in China)

Entry fee is high and there is not much to see.

It is a waste of gas and money.

I can guarentee a real Japanese will complain about that place. It do not refect the Japanese culture properly.
