Bell is better than Rogers. Because they did not hire the bad guys working. You pay , then you enjoy. No harass. But Rogers let you mad because they have very bad call center service. You have to wait long time to get talk with them and they will ask many questions such as your date of birth , address every time . In the end, many people have been cheated because they will tell you the wrong price. Such as local call fee as long distance and charge you in weekend. I have been cheated by them about 300 dollars more when move from one city to here. Because they told me it is local fee .Finally , even print a bill they charged me 8 $ for each page which should be free. When you move, you told them the right address , but they will still mail your bill to the old one , so, if you ask to mail again, they will highly charge you. When you go to their online service, you will not be able to use your password. They are robbers.They targeted especially on Chinese people.
I dislike this company very very much and will never touch them. Never!
