In windsor is a public service, called, something like, essex medical community/service(don't remember exactly the name), you can get the phone number by calling a family doctor clinic and asking them if there is any place you can call and inquire about family doctor's availability, and possible many clinics have that contact information. That's how I got that phone number, but, to be honest, I didn't keep record of it.
When you call that medical community/service, they will take your name and contact information, and get back to you in a while after they located "matching" family doctors for your requests--by letting you know the names/phone numbers/addresses of those family doctors who are taking new patients. Yes, many family doctors do not take new patients but most of them also usually do, because people move out of town and people do not live for ever.
