当然还需要1年工作经验的.

只是提议，等实行了不知道何年哪月了

具体我觉得好比现在renew study permit一样只需要递交加拿大境内即可，但等待期间，有合法的身份是肯定的，没有听说哪个国家申请了移民，现在的身份过期了都可以的。
