我有一朋友的孩子在中国已高中毕业，欲来WINDSOR先学习英语，然后读大学，不知WINDSOR哪个学校能接收，手续如何办，须准备什么资料，费用多少？请有这方面信息的朋友告知。谢谢！

通常学校要交至少两学期的学费,有的只要一个TERM,拿到学校录取信后,寄回去,按要求准备文件,再向北京递表.
注意存款18月水单,存款额80万,专科最少也要45万.

I do not think you need get one, most of the time they just help you to get the application form and letter from school and mail it to you.

There is no 大学预科 at the University. We have grade 12 at High School.

For U of Windsor, I think they still accept you without TOEFL,MELAB,IELTS. I have no idea on 西安大略大学.

Since I have no idea on your kids background and what education they has. It will be hard for me to determine on what education they should admit to. High School or University...

Applicants whose native language is not English must take one of the following English Proficiency Tests

Since I did not cam from China, I am not sure how the 高中毕业 map to Canada Eduation system. You may need to ask the question under 学科讨论.

I came here and studied in High school for 2 years and I applied for University. I did not have any English Language Proficiency.

中国的高中毕业就相当于加拿大的修完了12年级.来自中国的高中毕业生因为语言问题一般要补习,能直接考北美的大学的也不少,但需要满足上述考试成绩要求.
