应该是必须的，可能还需要公正件，翻译件

是. They need to use it to determine your level of study. Need to know if they neeed to put you in some special education => example: ESL.....

if you have to take the course of ESL,i prefer taking ilets ,hey just need 5.5,that is easy (cost 1~2month you can handle it already)

基本不会的，还是准备齐学校要的材料才好

I think you should do what they ask. Black and white is what they use here. Nothing else. Just give them your latest marks from school will do your bidding.
