ASSISTANT CAMP COOKS - (3 positions) these positions are responsible for assisting in meal planning, organizing of the kitchen and supervising of rotating counselling staff. Responsibilities include preparing meals for approximately 120 campers and staff members and ensuring that all working & storage areas are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and are safe and meet or exceed related health standards. Qualifications-Successful applicants must enjoy working with children; have good personnel and supervisory skills and a strong background in cooking for large groups. Preference will be given to those with experience in summer camps or those having cooked for other children’s programs.
KITCHEN STAFF - (3 positions) Kitchen staff are hired for the summer and work under the direct supervision of the Head Cook and the Camp Director. The kitchen staff are responsible for preparing meals and washing dishes for approximately 120 campers and staff members.
