Seasonal Catering Chef
Busy, growing cafe/deli and catering company in Muskoka requires a seasonal chef. (Emphasis on catering.) Must be creative, friendly and outgoing, be able to lead and work in a team, create new menus and recipes, place food orders and coach staff.
The candidate will primarily work in the kitchen at the retail location during the day and must be available to do off-site catering some evenings (mostly weekend evenings). Evening catering will be for additional pay at a higher rate. He/she must be comfortable working independently off-site in private homes. Own transportation is required.
Red Seal is preferred but not required.
