All those name from the map are the boundary for different city or town. And we are living in Windsor
PS. Out of Area - mean that place you are looking for is out of the map.

15~20万的，应该很满意，只要你的家庭人口不是很多，要求不是太高。

windsor内，大致有9个区，8区是南温，学区最好的，9区lassale, 学区也不错。 平均房价，1-7区， 10-16w, 8，9区，16w-25w.
就算在同一个区，location不同，房价也有很大差别，比如8区 devonshire南边的新房，平均房价16-20w, 但是southwood一带，平均30-40w
买房子最重要的事，你要确定你的priorities. 我最近也在看房，我们可以讨论.
