Could you please modify the 论坛规则 so that the 版主 will have the right to have 锁贴的选择 instead of deleting the post?

这两天我有一点偏激了。。。
检讨一下

版主有这个权限的，在管理的时候选择“打开/关闭主题”，关闭主题就是锁帖。
