or if it is possible i can buy tools and rebuilt it by myself?

they do it at Rotan, and i know ppl who did their own cars.
when you do rebuild ur engine, first thing you gonna need is a repair manual and special tools, but everything u need can get from canadian tire. parts that are needed for the rebuild are gonna be headgasket, and an overbore which means ur block has to be machined. but i would suggest u go to a garage and let them do it.
