- Brandnew 27'' Toshiba TV set with free TV cable;
- Two book shelves;
- Two table lamps;
- Brandnew microwave purchase last christmas;
- 7 Logitech Speakers (6+1 stereo rounds) if you can have them maintained well;
- You can keep the local phone line if you like;
- I am planning to buy sofas if I can have the chance, but I don't guarantee;
