6.5差不多啦, 前台的, 有小费拿啊~ 平均下来大概有9-10块吧.

话一出口就这么呛~~ 没礼貌:knock: ~~工资又不是我订的，我也是在那边赚份辛苦钱～～　只不过那边现在缺人。我也是给大家提供一个工作机会。谁愿意做谁不愿意做，纯自愿。再说，留学生打黑工，６。５在ｗｉｎｄｓｏｒ来说真得不算低了，＋＋小费，一晚上平均也有８块多１个小时了。有时候摆酒席小费比工资还多，算算能到１４，１５块一小时。你看学校附近的餐馆，７块左右，绝对是没有小费分的。而且一天就做这么３，４个小时。来回折腾浪费的时间都不够。

sigh... quite unethical in the first place, nevermind the later reply.
if the shop is run by an individual of a differnet nationality, i would report it ASAP.
but, seeing the recent china-related events, reporting and having this as an article in the windsor star wouldn't be logical (nontheless, if i have to, i will).

What if the employer does not follow the ESA?
If an employee thinks the employer is not complying with the ESA, he or she can call the Employment Standards Information Centre at 416-326-7160 or toll free at 1-800-531-5551 for more information about the ESA and how to file a complaint. Complaints are investigated by an employment standards officer who can, if necessary, make orders against an employer-including an order to comply with the ESA. ~ the fine isn't too much, under $1000 per person as much as i've read before, then again, neg publicity, muti people, muti phone calls, court time, the cost of lawyers, etc.
it will all add up. just one little phone call.

we are all chinese, it's hard for everyone. does it really hurt to at least be nice, instead of using disgracing words?

别在这自以为事了，把真把这破工作当个宝了，一个破餐馆，你请我去我还不去呢，我只是说你工资低而已，你要说小费，我还真没听过哪个餐馆不给服务员小费的，6块5，你们就使劲剥削别人的劳动力吧，知道学生打黑工就使劲压工资，还说的自己高尚的好像是帮助留学生一样，实际上别人打工省下来的的税钱还不是进了你们口袋，你们那手写的收据和收现金漏税就不黑了，还有你们那厨房就不黑啦，剩饭拿回去在上给别人，真的是回收在利用啊

见习服务员生....
都负责干吗？  接电话?接待？打包？结帐？卫生？等等！
