It is located in the corner of two quiet streets, yet close to all amenities. Please check your email for exact location information.

The kitchen is big - my wife really enjoys cooking there and all my friends are impressed. I don't have the exact size numbers but I can take a measurement and send it to you.

We are open to all reasonable offers. Remember the list price is called "asking price" -- there is always room for negotiation.

This is not an expensive house and it may not be a good idea to have a sales agent to take 6% of the total sale away. That is why we try to sell it by ourselves.
