Because have to move probably never come back, erveything is sold only a double matress with 4 chairs there. Internet will be not avaliable end of this month. But i believe it is still an amazing price once you look around because boardwalk company almost the number one company in canada rent service. I believe you would like there if you walk in to take a look.

This is a regular appartment. That means rent includes electricty,water, heating, refrigerator, coins washing machine.
My lease will be due end of June. You will discuss the rent with the manager after June. Usually, sign a lease with get 1 month free. If you don't like lease then pay regular rent month by month as price on boardwalk website.
