沒有什麽特別要求。。如果你已經有房子了。。需要找人share房租。。她可以搬過去。。

如果你也沒有房子。。也在找的話。。可以一起找房子合租。。

有一间干净安静的房子可以share

你好，我正好在寻找室友。我的apt总共两间房，很大，干净，安静，在河边，离明利超市不远。全包（水电，网络，电话）每月280。但是有一些要求：
1。干净。我有点洁癖，室友最好也是爱干净整洁的人。
2。不能带男生出入。

房子的好处是只会最多2个人住，所以干净和安全，厨房和卫生间都会很方便。我在美国那边的时间占大多数，所以很安静。
