looking for roommate to share 2 bedroom apt

Hi I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the downtown area of windsor. looking for a mature, reliable, trustworthy female non-smoker to share the apt, either student or working full time. It's very clean, hardwood floor in living room and bed rooms, spacious, with walk in closet and lots of storage rooms. Rent is $645 for 2 of us, exclusive of heat and utility.
