local service of air canada in windsor?

Can anyone tell me where I can find the local service of Air Canada Flight in Windsor or where to buy the ticket of air canada please?
in additon to that, i just searched from the website of air canada and found that the round-trip ticket from toronto to shanghai was about $1800 with tax. i have no idea that if this price is fine or i can get any other ticket with lower price? please give me some suggestion. thanks a lot.

You can use a service agent no matter where it is. It does not have to be a local service. They can send your e-ticket by email if you book one.
