转租一个bedroom
Hi, we want to sublease a bed room in a two bed room aprtment. Female only, Prefer Student.
The location is near the cross between Univeristy Ave and Caron Ave., close to downtown and bus stop. only 5 mins walk to Mingli Chinese groceries store.
The rent is $200+utilities (i.e. electricity (electrical heating, so the electricity bill will be higher in winter) & internet (optional). water is free.) Free parking is available along the street. Coin Laundry is availble in basement. You can move in anytime from now. Prefer long term sublease (Our lease end in Feb next year.)
You will live with a nice couple who are also students. We have car, so we can help on shopping if you do not have car.
