Add $2000 on top price since that price is dealer trade-in-value. Personal selling need to have some test by law.
You can also reference some traders magazine or website for car salse too. Good luck.

After appraising the value of my car, I want a price 9980 CAD, negotiable.
The car passed all the inspections, requested by law to cars imported from USA: Federal Inspection, Safe Inspection, Emission Inspection, Structure Inspection.
