从多伦多搬去温莎，请问温莎是哪个区域最适合居住？温莎有没有什么新楼盘发售？大概多少钱？
温莎的治安如何？听说底特律治安很差

治安还可以，就是晚上downtown酒吧醉鬼不少
新区很多在south windsor那里，盖了不少房子，价格一般也就20-30万左右。

South Windsor,Banwell, Domonion have a lot of new houeses. $159000 - $300000
Windsor 治安 is ok except the place near University and downtown.
High school kids break in the house, Downtown will have the drunk.
