国内的驾照是否可以直接转G2？
我有国内5年以上的驾照，是否可以直接转G2？
有没有朋友有类似的经历？

国内的驾照如果翻译并公证过（也听说现在不需要公证了），可以免除上教规学习班、考G1的步骤，通过笔试和视力检查后，可以直接考G2或者G。
但如果考G没有通过的话，就要打回原形：从G1重新开始考。
所以对于楼主情况，比较好的处理是:拿着国内驾照翻译公证件去申请考G2（考试时间可以以后再定），找个教练练几次，熟悉一下情况，申请考G2；然后再考G。
如果你有美国、日本、德国等国家的驾照，那恭喜了，交出原来的驾照后就直接换G。

有这样的好事,真是too good to be true!
请问楼主到哪里去翻译呢？ 到哪里可以得到这方面官方得答复呢？ 是办理driver license的机构吗？ 哪里可以找到他们的电话？谢谢！！

No, you cannot get a full G license unless you have more than 5 year experience in US. You need to show them the proof when u transfer the license. The computer system in their office iin Ontario and Michigan is connected, so you can't lie about this. I am not sure whether they know your driving infomation from other states in US though.
You can only get a G2 with only one year experience.

It's probably difficult to get a full G license unless you have 5 years experience in US or Japan, Korea.
If you have US license, at least you can get a G2.
