急需帮助，about Paypal

有哪位大侠有Paypal, 又有在底特律的可靠地址。我想请他帮忙网上定购一个墨盒，急用。

当然是我付所有费用，补充一下。

如你有加拿大地址的paypal， 而买美国那边的东西不想让它过border的话， 可以让seller发到对面detroit的一个ups store, 到时你过去取就可以了。

那个ups store可能要收一点为费用。

不过我目前不能入境美国，所以希望认识一个常来回过境的朋友帮忙捎带。
因为东西是二手货(只是因为能匹配的型号不好找)，所以应该没有申报的麻烦。

could you please tell me your experience on buying something? cause most items are sent from USA. Should we pay the tax for them? and how?

Paypal is a security payment method. You do not need to give your credit card no to the store you can ordering.

Generally speaking you will paid the canadian tax in the postal office if custom charged you for the tax.

For the payment, you need to pay the amount of the item and shipping cost at paypal, and paypal will send a receipt to you and the store.

paypal is not secure at all. believe it or not.

If you buy an item less than C$20, there is no duty, gst tax and brokerage fee.

For an item more than C$20, there will probably be brokerage fee, duty or gst tax, depending on how you describe the item (gift or not; claimed value). Please read the following:

it does depends on what kind of tranporting company... Fedex will cost brokerage fee, UPS and canada post will sometimes collect some.
