我妈妈准备过来探亲.如果她的美国签证也办到的话,她可以坐飞机到底特律,然后在底特律陆路进加拿大吗?她是第一次来加拿大哦! 谢谢!!!

yes. Or why not? As long as you have a visa, you can enter canada from any port.

just tell the officer you transit from Detroit airport. That really make sense, right?
and i think the visa does not specify whether you can come by air or by car, or by boat... hehe.
