Even if you do business got the money, it is easy for them to take away from you by their force. Now they controlling internet, power , everything...If you want live better here you must struggle ..

Email does not work?  I would expect a government agency as important as the police department to have a consistent valid e-mail address.  By the way, the e-mail doesn't seem to have face validity (meaning it looks suspicious, not like a gov't e-mail address).
There are some grammar issues with your post as well, are you really the recruiter?  Not to mention biased opinions (do you have relevant statistics to back up what you are saying?)  Also, there’s some very vague terms (Our group as in term of this forum? Nationality? Religion? )
Shouldn't there be some job related criteria?  How efficient would your recruitment be without setting some minimum evaluative standards?
What are the terms of employment? Salary?
In addition, how come e-mail is the only method of contact?  Doesn't the police department have an office somewhere, no mailing address?  No phone number for questions?

You have such good skills for analysis. Nobody told you i am a professional agent and i never want to do that.

I thought maybe someone is trying to trick people for money, so I just want to double check.
Since "After evaluate the resumes, will contact you for further info" sounds like a personnel selection process for an organization.  Also, there's $50 involved, so I got a little suspicious.
Maybe explicitly state that you are only providing info would eliminate miscommunication.  Providing the source of the original info would help too.[/color]

Dislike the idea by posting useful info for free. People will crashing the door off.
I have ever did it but eventually i myself can not use the service now. Because there is a say that : if too much asking , people will become ridiculous . They will ignore everybody.

I dilike the money idea too.

Such as some people put some docotors info there and they will not accept new patients...That is why people sometimes have to hide some info...

Feeling bad. No more interested.

If people interested , they shall help themselves. Because others intelligence and time will not be free and no appreciated...Feeling bad also there are so many imitated actions too. No more ...

I'm seeing some communication difficulties.  For better understanding, let's employ some knowledge from basic grammar class:
-Sentence should contain subject and verb
-Pronouns should always refer to a noun that has already been used (so reader will understand immediately which noun the pronoun is replacing) [seem to be a big issue in post #6][/color]

[color=DarkOrchid]You mean the people who are recruiting is cancelling the ad or you are disconnecting from the ad personally?  I'm assuming the later.  I'm actually curious about the $ 50 service fee now.  I initially thought maybe it is collected by the recruiting department, but now I'm wondering if it's actually a fee that people pay to you for whatever service you are offering (I could say more on that part, but let's keep it short for now).  If it in deed goes to you only, I would be very interested in how you explain your comment of "I dilike the money idea too".

Once again, clarifying vague terms would be helpful:

-selfish motives? Who are you referring to exactly (name)?  What type of motives?  Evidence?

Actually this is a dangerous job though, but will have better pay and benefit. Not only for that, just feel we do not have people respect us and other guys keep on ignoring us.

Also felt upset to see people live in poor and keep on be ignored. Some have to go back or even died anyway by accident.

Comparing with the agency, this is little fee , even if you want to only become a security guard, have to pay 200 not guarantee you get into the DOOR. So have a try. After pay the service fee, will give you right info you need to know better than have nothing.The reason do not put public because other race people also can go to this link.

lol... its funny to see chinese being a cop, man if ever someone try to fight him, probably gonna get the crap beat out of him, unless know some kind of martial arts. lol

and if i was one, i will probably be a crooked cop, and there was a chinese guy on the force a few years back. he ended up being fired

Not sure it I will fit. I know that you need to pass the exercise test which is a tough one. Plus I wear glasses. That's is why I wan tto requirement too.
