Our Need:
LCM is looking for an entrepreneurial and professional independent contractor to sell their premier corporate websites and online portals.
Reporting to the President and with support from the Vice President of Business Development, your responsibilities will include developing business opportunities with a growing portfolio of clients and sharing responsibility for client relations and satisfaction. This will include:
• Familiarizing yourself with our services and industry;
• Researching potential clients;
• Prospecting and qualifying through listening and understanding client needs and requirements;
• Deal making / negotiating / independently closing sales;
• Relationship building and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Qualified candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Education: A relevant working understanding of the web and websites.
• Experience: MUST have knowledge of the internet and past experience in web related sales
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with cold-calling, solution development, negotiation, closing, managing client accounts, and developing and maintaining high-quality customer service;
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability quotas is preferred;
- Must have strong knowledge of websites;
- Positive and professional communication, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Good computer skills including knowledge of the Internet.
- Other: Own a laptop.
The initial contract will, subject to satisfactory performance, be for a term of up to six months renewable for terms of six to twelve months.
Fees are 100 commission-based. A bonus commission is paid upon reaching pre-set sales and average gross margin objectives.
You must have previous experience and knowledge of the web. We provide marketing support, sales collateral, and workspace.
Salary:$60,000-100,000
